Competition – Win a great photography book!

Hi Folks,

This is exciting. I invite you to a competition to win a free book on photography. It’s very easy so read below :

I am in the process of doing my new business card and have chosen 3 designs below (those who follow me regularly will recognise the pictures). The only thing you need to do is let me know which design you like the best : 1,2 or 3. You can either do this by commenting on this post or via the post on FB, G+ or Twitter.

I will then choose at random someone who has provided a feedback and will send him (via Amazon to any address in the world) one of the new books by these internationally renowned photographers (your choice) : Photographically Speaking by David Duchemin, Sketching Light by Joe Mcnally or The Photographer’s Vision by Michael Freeman.  The competition ends this Friday 6pm GMT. I will announce the winner by then.

It’s so easy feel free to share this competition with your friends, family and colleagues.

So… which business card do you like?

Looking forward to see who the lucky winner will be.

Keep you posted

Bernard

  1. Definitely no. 2. (I’ve used the other two as desktop backgrounds.)

  2. I would agree definitely no 2! 😀

  3. I love the 1st one (for obvious reason!) but think the second one is graphically clearer…

  4. Number two as well : Just a comment, replace the 0044 by +44, 00 is not the international number in every country, in the US, I think that is 017 or 019 for exemple.

  5. #3 was my favorite for the picture, but the text is not clear enough for a business card. So I would go for #2. By the way, nice job.

  6. I like 1 and 3. Lower text on 3 perhaps needs to be black? or bold?
Overall I prefer 1 because I like faces, and you capture faces so well Bernard. They are what really personalise your work. Wonderful a shape as 3 makes, it’s missing a face 🙂 Kim

  7. My first choice #2 before even thinking too long, as it stands out with its clarity and I love the pic itself of the beautiful Aduth and Amou ;). It’s also the action in the pic I like very much.

  8. My favorite is #3, everyone will remember this beautiful picture, but I agree with Fred, the text is not clear enough.

  9. Salut Bernard,
Selon moi, la deuxième carte est top. Un pas vers l’avenir malgré le dur labeur.

  10. Number three is my favorite 🙂
Do you have a good printshop/address for me? I need new cards as well. Good luck!

  11. Thank you all for your responses and overall comments. This is really helpful.
Feel free to share this link on FB and Twitter as the competition is still open for a few more days.

  12. Hi all,
The competition is finished. It’s been great to have all your feedbacks on this blog as well as FB, TW and G+.

Using a highly advanced process (paper notes in a hat), I can now announce that the lucky winner who is going to receive a book on Photography is : Wanchi Tang (who replied on G+).
Well done Wanchi! You will receive within a few days the book of your choice.

As for my business card, I have decided to use design number 3 as it was the favourite amongst the feedbacks.

Thanks again to all for your participation and see you on the next post!
    Bernard
